Dedicated restaurant is situated on the first floor, it serves Chinese &  South East Asia inspired food & pub classic , it is freshly cooked by Sai , head chef , native Shan Burmese experienced from market Street food to London Restaurants worked under Chinese , Thai and Indian top chefs.

 

Sai's cooking technique and philosophy is 

" Sustainable , Seasonal and Simple " 

Sai design his menu carefully with Vegan and Gluten free dishes in mind, Mild Curry Sauce  and spicy Green Curry sauce  are most  popular for Vegan.

Spicy Cider Sauce is unique.
